Gaurav Gill
Chairman
Gaurav Gill is a distinguished Consultant Psychologist and Body Language Expert with the Manobal Foundation, Delhi. He has recently featured in "Raj Shamani's Figuring Out" podcast, which has crossed 1.3 million views worldwide. He has also appeared on several other podcasts.
He has been trained on Body Language by former U.S. Army Interrogator Greg Hartley and by American Police Sergeant Jon Rappa of the Florida Gainesville Police Department. Greg has trained him on body language and behavioural cues, whereas Jon has trained Gaurav on the Advanced Interrogations course.
With extensive experience as a Behavioural & Body Language Expert and Consultant Psychologist, Gaurav has collaborated with the Delhi Police Crime Branch – Anti Human Trafficking Unit (AHTU) and various local police departments on sensitive and high-impact cases in the past. He has also been felicitated by IPS officers for solving different cases.
Gaurav has conducted specialised training for SPUWAC – the Special Police Unit for Women and Children, Delhi Police Crime branch, local unit and has been invited to train officers at some of India's most prestigious institutions, including the RBVRR Telangana Police Academy, North East Police Academy, Shillong, and the Police Training School, Thiruvananthapuram.
Gaurav has also worked closely with the Child Welfare Committee (Juvenile Court) on cases involving children in need of care and protection, and has trained personnel from the CISF, CISF- ASG Unit, RPF, GRP, and Crime Branch on interpreting body language and identifying behavioural red flags in potential perpetrators.
His work stands at the intersection of psychology, investigation and human behaviour, making him one of the country's most respected voices in understanding the power of non-verbal communication. As an esteemed Guest Faculty, he regularly shares his expertise at institutions like National Forensic Sciences University, Delhi campus, Rashtriya Raksha University, Gujarat and Sherlock Institute of Forensic Science, SIFS Delhi.
Shubham Malviya
Tech Team Lead
As a dedicated and skilled cybersecurity professional, I am committed to protecting organisations from cyber threats and ensuring the security of their networks and data. Over the past few years, I have honed my expertise and demonstrated my capability in various high-impact roles.
Currently, I serve as a Senior Engineer at C3i Hub, leading advanced cybersecurity initiatives. Previously, I managed Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) projects and specialised in Cloud Security at IIT Kanpur.
In my ongoing role as a Project Research Engineer at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, I conduct static and dynamic analysis, web and Android penetration testing, server hardening, and cloud security initiatives. Additionally, I have authored research papers and detailed security reports, contributing to the field's body of knowledge.
My journey in cybersecurity began with internships at Haryana Police and Prosirius Technologies, where I gained valuable experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
With certifications in eWPTXV2 by INE, Information Security and Ethical Hacking (CISEH) and Advanced Penetration Testing, I possess deep technical knowledge and proficiency in tools and techniques such as Burp Suite, Nessus, Acunetix, Nmap, SQL, Metasploit Framework, Networking, Information Security, OWASP TOP 10, CWE/SANS TOP 25, Cloud Security, Server Hardening, and Android/IOS Penetration Testing.
I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and have conducted training sessions on Ethical Hacking for over 150 students.
